Orders
There is a $15.00 minimum order. We’d love to be able to offer the ability to order just one or two bars of soap, but we’d have to charge such high shipping and handling costs to do this, and it wouldn’t make much sense to do that. We hope you understand.
Shipping Costs
- FedEx Ground/Home Delivery (flat rate for any size order): $5.95
- USPS Priority (flat rate for any size order – ONLY for orders to AK, HI, APO/FPO, and PO Boxes): $10.00
Delivery
Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been confirmed. If we are experiencing higher order volumes (sometimes at Holidays), there may be slight delays in fulfilling your order, but we are usually quite quick. Our goal is to fulfill paid orders within 1-3 business days of receiving the order and payment. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
LEAP Organics is only able to ship to one shipping address per order. If you’d like to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each individual address.
Standard Shipping (FedEx Ground/Home Delivery)
Orders that are successfully processed are shipped via FedEx Ground/Home Delivery. FedEx Ground usually delivers within three (3) to ten (10) business days within the contiguous U.S. (http://www.fedex.com/grd/maps). However, there may be times during the year (often November and December) when there may be slight delays due to high shipping volume. LEAP Organics is not responsible for any FedEx shipping delays.
FedEx Ground is not available for orders to AK, HI, P.O. Box, and APO/FPO addresses. These orders must ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. See below.
Alaska and Hawaii
FedEx Services are not available for Alaska (AK) and Hawaii (HI). Orders shipped to AK and HI must use the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail Service. USPS Priority Mail tries to ship within three (3) to four (4) business days (1-2 days to process + 2 days for shipping), but please allow up to fourteen (14) days for arrival. There is no shipment tracking for USPS Priority Mail. For more information on USPS services, please visit http://www.usps.com.
P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
FedEx Services are not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses must use the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail Service. USPS Priority Mail tries to ship within three (3) to four (4) business days (1-2 days to process + 2 days for shipping), but please allow up to fourteen (14) days for arrival. International Locations and U.S. Territories
Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to international locations or to U.S. Territories. We apologize for this, but hope to offer international/U.S. Territory shipping in the future.
Order Confirmation Email
When your order is received and processed, you will receive an automatic email confirming your order. You aren’t able to respond to this confirmation email, but if you have any order questions, please email us at customercare@leaporganics.com.
Changing Orders
Unfortunately, once you place an order, it cannot be changed. We have a very accommodative return policy (see Customer Care) or if you want to order more, please do so!
Tracking Your Shipment
All packages sent via FedEx Services will have a tracking number for you to track, however USPS orders do not offer tracking numbers. A separate shipment tracking email will be sent to you once your package has been shipped. The tracking number will be contained within this email. For questions about your order, please email us at orders@leaporganics.com.
USPS Priority Mail
Orders sent via USPS Priority Mail do not have tracking numbers (this is a USPS policy). LEAP Organics is not responsible for any lost shipments using USPS Priority Mail. We will help as much as we can, but since there is not tracking information with USPS, the consumer and USPS will be ultimately responsible for lost, misplaced, and undelivered items with the USPS.

Important Information about Payment
For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the billing information on the credit card provided.
